Great location, porch had a nice view. Property manager was very helpful. We appreciated the wine and coffee supplies.
The condo had everything we needed, but was dated and tired looking. The bathroom was cramped and dingy, the bed was creaky and needed new pillows, and the kitchen could use more cooking supplies.

Location of property is ideal for seeing Old Town and playing golf. Property was clean and adequately furnished. Dave couldn’t have been more prompt and helpful with any minor issue we had. However, it would be better to know television programming before renting if that’s important. No cable and no Dish.

Good price and location however, the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, there are bugs in the bathroom, and repairs needed (missing doorknob in bathroom=no privacy, broken blinds) Dave is very nice and accommodating but this place could use some work.
