About this apartment rental
Our guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in our fully furnished, 2bedroom/2bath bottom floor condo. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, while the living room has a brand new sleeper sofa and second bedroom is furnished with two full-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 4 people. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with plates and utensils including pots and pans, toaster and coffee maker also kitchen has new gorgeous backsplash and brand new updated faucet. Both bathrooms have Kohler rain fall shower heads also the laundry room is located in second bathroom with full washer/dryer that are new and purchased 2023. There are 3 tv's one in main living room and in both bedrooms. Situated on a 27 hole championship golf course with fully transferable membership ($). With membership guests have full use of tennis courts and brand new pickle ball courts. Main pool has tiki bar to enjoy the sun and a few cocktails. There are seven swimming pools including the main resort pool. Condo is equipped with high speed internet and has a lap top and a tablet for guests to enjoy. Brand new AC unit January 2022. Brand new ceiling fans installed 2023 along with all new smoke alarms and carbon monoxide monitors
The ease and beauty of a bottom floor unit is that you walk in and out with no stairs or elevators to worry about.
Spend the days away, enjoying nearby attractions such as great restaurants and outlet shopping Vanderbilt beach or just lazy away in the 7 pools in the complex.
**Please note that our unit is a 60 day minimum rental and also there’s an additional member transfer fee $$

We enjoyed our 2 month stay at Heritage Bay. The golf was great, the pool was just steps away from our first floor unit which was very convenient. We loved the grill room and the Friday night buffets.
The unit that we rented was lovely with a very beach y feel to it. We enjoyed sitting out on the Lanai in the morning with our coffee and late afternoon with our glass of wine and watching the birds and gators.
We had a wonderful time.

This condo was wonderful! Spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was nothing left out from kitchen equipment to all you would ever need for a fantastic day.
My husband and I enjoy golfing and we loved all of the 27 holes that Heritage Bay has to offer. The course was in beautiful condition and was fair to the average golfer. It offered plenty of challenges!
One of the satellite pools was directly across the street from the condo. We took advantage of many amenities Heritage Bay had to offer...golf, dining, pools, and fitness. Location is close to shopping and dining. Our experience at Heritage Bay totally meet all our expectations.
We enjoyed our three months so much that we have arranged to stay next year in the same unit. Thanks to Domenic and Tanya for making our vacation so pleasurable.

We were lucky to find this rental late in 2016. Property was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. They had all the necessary items for us to enjoy our two month stay. Bikes and beach chairs were great to have and use while in Naples. Condo location is a plus for walking or biking to the tennis courts or the main pool. The satellite pool is a short walk. Highly recommend!
