The spacious, fully furnished lanai is perfect for watching wildlife daily.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for the chef in the house. New LG Refrigerator, Oven and 2-temperature wine fridge. Seating for 6 in the dining room.
• Master Bedroom features a new king sized tempur pedic mattress. Three closets with one being a huge walk-in closet all are custom California Closets. It has a 42-inch smart flat screen TV. Master bathroom has a Roman tub, 2 vanities and a tiled shower.
• Second Bedroom has a new queen-sized bed and mattress and custom California Closet.

This rental was for my 80yo parents to have a place nearby during the holidays. It was the perfect place for them. Unfortunately, a few unexpected maintenance hiccups needed to be addressed, but the owner's communication and accommodations to correct the issues was great. The community offered so much more than they partook in, but they enjoyed their walks and the very active animal sightings from the back patio. They would definitely love to make a trip back next winter!

I highly recommend this rental. It was very clean and there were so many nice touches throughout that I have not had in other rentals. Well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the beach towels. Owners were easily accessible with any questions and had a binder with all the information you would want for the home and the area. We found it very helpful. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. I loved that bedrooms and bathrooms had baskets and things for storage. Small touch but so convenient and made organizing our things so easy. The checkout process was more than I have had to do in other rentals but didn’t take away from the wonderful time we had. The owners clearly take care of their home and it shows. We highly recommend.
