Beautiful coach home overlooking the picturesque water and 18th fairway is available for your rental enjoyment. Home is located in the private, upscale, gated golf & country club community of The Quarry in North Naples. The unit is fully furnished and nicely decorated, featuring 2 bedrooms plus a den with sleeper sofa which quickly converts into a third bedroom and 2 baths. Home was recently updated with all new flooring including hardwood in the common areas as well as new carpet in all bedrooms.
Common areas include a great room, dining room, kitchen and a furnished lanai, all with a stunning view of the waterfront and manicured golf course.
The great room is equipped with a 60-inch flat-screen TV with cable service. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite counters, custom wood grain cabinets, appliances and a granite bar with stools.
The great room and dining room both have sliding doors that open onto the furnished lanai which includes an alfresco dining set as well as luxurious all-weather furniture.
The master suite has access to the lanai and features a queen-size bed, a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable service, ample closet space including a huge walk-in closet and a beautiful view of the lake and golf course. The in-suite bathroom features a Roman tub, his-and-her vanities and an extra-tall tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, 26-inch flat-screen TV with cable service and a large closet. The second bath has a glass-enclosed tiled walk-in shower. The den / office is carpeted with double doors, a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable service and quickly converts to a third bedroom with the queen-sized sleeper sofa. The unit also has a queen-size roll-away bed.
The unit has ceiling fans in all rooms, window blinds and treatments and is equipped with high-speed wireless internet, washer / dryer, linens and towels, including beach towels.
Some additional features allowing a full enjoyment of life at the Quarry include a gas BBQ grill, stand-up paddle board, 2 bicycles (including his & her bike), 2 tennis rackets, pool toys, and bocce set. And for enjoyable beach outings, beach chairs, an umbrella and large picnic coolers are included.
With almost 1,700 square feet of living space, plus attached two-car garage this Coach Home is a comfortable and spacious retreat.
We only rent by the month per the Quarry HOA.
We are not members of the golf club. And have no access to golf privileges.

My stay at The Quarry was perfect. Location to amenities was ideal and the owner's provided a well equipped condo for my month long stay. Communication was always clear and timely. Looking forward to staying again next year.

This property was amazing. Beautifully furnished and very spacious. Very large master bed and bath. Tons of closet space. Beautiful screened in lanai with lake view. Everything was perfect. I used the den for a third bedroom for a few nights that had a fold out couch. Worked great. Private entrance and garage. Quarry underwent major Beach Club renovation and it is beautiful. Owner was awesome and not a thing I needed. Would stay again. Gated community is beautiful.

Flawless rental, The owners could not be more responsive and friendly. The Coach Home came with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. I would not hesitate to rent again.

This was our 2nd year at The Quarry. The condo was near the main entrance which is a great location and close to the golf country club (if you are a member or play with a member), the Q-Bar/Swimming pool/Tennis/Pickleball, and front entrance to reach restaurants/etc. close by. There is a beautiful pond out back with a wonderful sunset. Unfortunately for us, the Pickleball courts and Q-Bar/Restaurant were not available due to construction. This was not any fault of the owners of the condo. The condo was fully furnished, clean and just wonderful. Thank you.
