About this house rental
Hilltop Cottage is a stunningly beautiful cottage in the country minutes from downtown Asheville. Immaculately clean NC Greenbuilt. The Cottage has separate entrances and parking for easy access to the upper levels and also the basement apartment. Although not ADA, the basement apartment is good for guests with some disability as the access is level and enters directly into the apartment. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The upper level has a memory foam king bed and full bath en suite. The main level has a bedroom with a memory foam queen bed and a full bath just outside the bedroom that is also accessible to the living area. The basement level has a memory foam queen bed and full bath en suite. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the home in addition to the beds. One is a queen on the main level. The other is a queen in the living area of the basement level. The basement level is a studio style apartment with its own kitchen and living area. Please note that the basement bedroom is open studio style to the rest of the apartment. The Cottage is situated on 1 acre with access to an additional 4 acre field with small stream, pond, firepit area and garden. Excellent play area for humans and pets. Truly beautiful property. Pets are welcome at Hilltop Cottage. Please message owner for approval. $100 fee per pet.

The house exceeded our expectations. It is all in the details in the little extra touches from the local coffee, honey, jam or even the heater on the outside screen porch that are provided by the owner. The house fit our family perfect, we only wish we had more time to enjoy the screened in porch and views. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. It was beyond clean and the host went above and beyond with all the extras to ensure that we were comfortable. There were organic dog treats, local bath soaps, local beers, coffee & creamer, etc. Our kids loved the outside space and the screened in porch got a ton of use. We were able to truly relax, as well as spend time in Asheville, which is only a short 15-20 minute drive. We look forward to returning soon!

This is my new fav rental in town. Excellent amenities, enough space for people to get away from each other, great parking, snacks, it's the whole package. Was perfect for us and our small wedding party, and the commute to the venue was under a minute!
Prob not ideal for people wanting to be in the heart of AVL, but the chirping frogs and nonexistent traffic was better than any tourist attraction, hands down.
