About this house rental
The property is located in Port Fairy on Princes HWY about 1.5km From town centre and 2km from pristine beaches, ideal for Family getaways.
This beautiful property offers spacious living and dinning area with a well equipped kitchen and separate laundry with a washing machine and drier. The living room extends to a big outdoor area with a beautiful view of landscape. If you don't mind a bit of fresh air its around 15min walk to shops , and is a beautiful walk with a lot to see and take in. In town there is a information centre , where you can go and plan your stay, shops, restaurants and swimming beaches, indoor heated pool, as well as Griffiths Island and playground on the river., explore, visit the Saturday market or learn about Port Fairy.
BEDROOM
Main bedroom has a queen bed with bed side tables and built in robes entrance to the bathroom, This room can sleep 2 people
Second bedroom can be kids room ,or second family, or guests ,it has quin bunk with king single on top and a other single bed, this room can sleep 4 people .
The third bedroom has a double bed , can sleep 2 people
LIVING AREAS:
Open plan kitchen/dining area with stunning sun filled living area with sliding door opening to a spacious fully enclosed pergola that leads to courtyard area.
KITCHEN
kitchen is fully appointed with electric stove and oven, and microwave.
APPLIANCES/HEATING:
Gas hot water, electric heating and cooling , gas log fire place.
BATHROOMS:
Two way bathroom with shower vanity and toilet , second toilet in the hallway
GARAGE: single garage with remote . Car parking is available out the front of the house

You will have access to the entire house, with all amenities included.

A charming historic fishing village at the end of Victoria's famed Shipwreck Coast, Port Fairy boasts beautiful beaches; riverside living; boutique and antique shopping; award-winning cafes and restaurants; historical sights; golf course; and heritage and nature walks. It is also home to the internationally recognised Port Fairy Folk Festival in March each year.
Getting Around
While our house is a short walking distance to most of Port Fairy's attractions, there is a bus service around Port and to and from Warrnambool (20 mins away). Information can be obtained from the visitor centre

This was perfect for our needs. Very clean and modern interior. Beds comfortable. 5 minute drive to town, maybe a 20 minute walk. No wifi which might be difficult for some.

The property was very clean and very comfortable. Well.stocked kitchen with good aircon. 5 min drive into town. On the freeway, but not alot of noise.
