location and the space
no dishwasher, mirrors in the bedrooms and more towel racks. it was difficult for 5 adults to find a place where to dry the towels

Some mobility access which is good as not many properties in port fairy have mobility access
Ramp at front door needs upgrading as we had wheelchair and was a little hard to access
Taps labels in main shower are wrong hot and cold we thought we had no hot water for a while
Lots of animal hair on couches etc

location and ease of walking to town, beds comfortable
on arrival, had to clean ants out of the kitchen - maybe previous tenants or not cleaned correctly.
tree in drive way stopped us reversing the boat in ( too low)
lounge was very uncomfortable, no outdoor furniture

Location was great for us and the house was roomy and comfortable. Single story was also a bonus for us as my husband has mobility issues and safe for little ones as well.
It was very cold, wet weather but we felt heating was minimal for us.
