This is a large holiday house with a big yard and within walking distance to beach and all of Port Fairy's lovely attractions.
This family holiday home is roomy and light and and just right for a relaxing getaway. It is situated nice and close to the beach and main street of town. It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 3 living areas, nice roomy kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet and laundry space, outdoor entertaining and garage/carport.

Single level 60's architect designed home with a retro feel which is light and airy and feels good to be in. The property comprises of:
1 x queen bedroom with built in robes and flat screen tv
1 x queen bedroom with built in robes
1 x double bed with built in robes
Fully appointed kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, gas cooktop and stove and seating for 3
Dining room with seating for 6
Living room 1 with large flat screen tv and dvd wood heater and record player
Living room 2 with flat screen tv, dvd and playstation (perfect for the kids)
Living room 3 with small library and games (perfect for reading in)
Modern Bathroom with walk in shower and vanity with storage

What a lovely and welcoming place!

The house is full of charm and dates from (I think) the 1960s – with a modern kitchen and bathroom – and has been lovingly maintained. We enjoyed relaxing in the light filled living room, made good use of the well-equipped kitchen (and the BBQ) and really appreciated the space. It is in a quiet location, a short walk into town, and handy for the various beaches.Communication with Lara was smooth and efficient. We’d have no hesitation returning here or recommending it to someone else.
