Carefully selected furnishings and finishes create a clean, modern, but welcoming environment. This is the 2nd floor unit of a duplex. Mapleton Hill is Boulder's oldest, and most desirable neighborhood, due to it's close proximity to downtown/Pearl Street with it's restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores, in addition to it's location next to Boulder's best hiking trails (3 blocks to Mt Sanitas trailhead, a challenging 3.5 mile loop offering some of the best views of the city and backrange).
