Enjoy brand new high end furnishings (July 2022) and all the amenities of a luxury hotel on a quiet, tree lined street in Boulder's most desired neighborhood. Carefully selected furnishings and finishes create a clean, modern, but welcoming environment. This is the 2nd floor unit of a duplex. The lower unit (two beds, one bath) is also available on a 30+ day basis (vrbo/989136). Inquire about renting both units.
Mapleton Hill is Boulder's oldest, and most desirable neighborhood, due to it's close proximity to downtown/Pearl Street with it's restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores, in addition to it's location next to Boulder's best hiking trails (3 blocks to Mt Sanitas trailhead, a challenging 3.5 mile loop offering some of the best views of the city and backrange).
This unit has 1 bedroom with a full bed, and 1 bathroom. All bedding and pillows are provided.

This was one of our best stays! First, the location of this apartment is perfect. Close to Pearl Street, Mt Sanitas trailhead, and Ideal Market and Lucky’s. We stayed for about two months and were extremely comfortable. Cheryl went above and beyond to address an issue with the mattress - super proactive and communicative. The place itself is really well appointed and furnished with modern appliances and bedding and furniture. We highly recommend the stay!

If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood, comfortable accommodations and a friendly & responsive property manager, I highly recommend staying in the Treehouse. The location is ideal for walking to west Pearl, groceries, and the Mt. Sanitas Valley trails!
