La grande terrasse avec superbe vue sur mer où nous avons passé une grande partie de notre séjour. Le parking très pratique. Les ventilateurs de plafond. La relation avec Corredor Mato.

Le lit double n'est pas la hauteur du reste de l'appartement. Le bruit de la rue peut-être gênant (moto et voiture bruyantes) mais bon, c'est l'Espagne en bord de mer :)

Fantastisk lägenhet. Rymlig och galet bra terass. Alla bekvämligheter man kan önska. Perfekt läge med delvis havsutsikt 70.m från strandpromenaden. Enda negativa var avsaknaden av AC.. men det fanns takfläkt i alla rum

Spisplattorna var klena. Duschmunstycke måste uppdateras samt saknades brunn i badrum. Draperiet var kort och mycket vatten rann ut på golvet

Tout était top.

Le lit de la chambre parentale était vraiment inconfortable, c'est vraiment dommage car tout le reste est super.

- The place is all about the location and the terrace. Gorgeous sea views, big windows and excellent terrace. - Place has all the amenities necessary. - There's parking under the building. - Easy process and good instructions.

- The photos of the flat are more appealing than in reality. Quite simple inside, a bit worn out. Really - it's all about the terrace and the view. - The main thing we didn't like - it's the feeling that you're not the guest and you are provided a service, but a list of rules you need to follow and the fines you will pay if you don't. The deposit is high (500 EUR) and then you get a list of things you can't do and the fine you can get. Also in the end you need to bring the key to the nearest town (7min drive) and if you don't - again, you'll get a fine... So, all in all, you don't feel very welcomed there. The stay is organized to have it convenient for the host/company but not for the guest.
