Mirador is a house located on the coastal path between Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell, considered one of the most beautiful and charming areas of the Costa Brava. Its prime location offers spectacular views of the beach and the port of Llafranc.

It is a fully renovated house that can accommodate up to 8 people.

The house is spread over 4 floors: The main floor includes a tastefully furnished dining room and a spacious terrace with fantastic ocean views, a large, fully equipped open kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer), 1 suite with a shower and a double bed (180x190 cm), 1 double bedroom (2 beds measuring 90x190 cm), and 1 bathroom with a shower.

On the top floor, there is an attic studio with 2 sofa beds and a TV.

On the lower floors, there are 2 suite bedrooms with showers (2 double beds measuring 180x190 cm and 160x190 cm), both with ocean views and one of them with a terrace. On the first floor, there is a small pier with direct access to Llafranc Beach (access via a coded door).

A garage is included in the price and is located 200 meters from the house.
This house is located in Llafranc, one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, known for its lovely beach with clear, crystal-clear water, its pine-lined promenade, and its marina. A short walk along the coastal path takes you to Calella de Palafurgell, a charming fishing village and one of the most enchanting spots on the Costa Brava.
