La terrasse, la vue, la proximité de la plage et l’emplacement dans le village! Le restaurant en bas n’est pas trop bruyant.
Pour le prix, je trouvais que l’appartement aurait besoin d’un peu d’amour. Le lit de la chambre principal est vraiment inconfortable et les équipements sont vieux.
