we felt the bathroom facilities could have been designed better. The decoration and furnishings are all antiques.

We were in town for a wedding and this beautiful little house was the perfect getaway for all our needs. It was close to all of the major attractions yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The space itself was beautifully decorated and had all the basic amenities. The outdoor patio was also quite lovely and a wonderful place to enjoy coffee and relax next to the pond. We will definitely rent here again if we are in the area, my only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer!

You had the place to yourself with a private garden patio with water fountains! I loved the outdoor space so much! Everywhere you looked there was another unique piece of artwork or furniture. The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the fireplace! On and Off with a touch of remote and it really heated up the place at night! The kitchen was a dream. Everything you need plus more!! There was a grill outside and enough room to have a party. I loved that I had access to a washer and dryer too!! My only criticism is that the main couch in the living room had a musty smell and so did the place at times. When we were able to open the place the smell did dissipate. Also, there wasn't a great place to use a hair dryer and styling tools, there were no outlets close enough without an extension cord close to the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink was actually in the bedroom, which was ok, but we didn't care that it was carpeted in front of the bathroom sink. I had to find an outlet in the living room. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. We would definitely stay here again!

We came for a belated Anniversary getaway. Due to the Pandemic we knew sampling the local sites was going to be extremely limited, so we bought our groceries at home and hunkered down in this very charming “barn.” The decor is fabulous with many interesting things to look at peruse. The main room has a great view of a garden/patio with a beautiful persimmon tree. The fruits served as a bird bath for itinerant sparrow flocks, and it was fun to watch the light and weather change.We didn’t need the included loft but it’s very cute and has a great view of an extensive orchard behind the building.We took a couple of day trips out to the coast, 30-40”, fairly quick access especially to Bodega Bay and Guerneville. Really the village of Graton looks charming and we look forward to coming back when things are open.Gigi was a great hostess, very responsive to our one need, and had the place warm and cozy for our arrival.Can’t wait to return.
