I can't imagine a better location. An apartment with every needed feature, well-kept.
A small thing - the outside weather was extremely hot, and the air conditioner was not exactly up to expectations.

便利な場所にあるので夜中まで交通や酔っ払いの騒音が気になった バスタブ付きのバスルームのカーテンとシャワーフックが無い事 気をつけないとバスルーム全体がびしょ濡れになる

Location is exceptional. The apartment is comfortable and clean but needs more dusting under the beds. Facilities are very good.
The one thing I did NOT like is the timing of our stay without the elevator functioning. The need of functioning elevator during our stay was our priority since climbing up and down the stairs to/from third floor is not easy for older folks!
