The rooms were more spacious than we had expected and it was large overall for a one bedroom apartment, with a separate kitchen and large lounge/diner. We had not expected the hot tub to be included - the description wasn't totally clear - so that was a bonus. The welcome pack was excellent, including wine and biscuits as well as tea, coffee, milk and the dog treats were very generous too! We liked having the enclosed garden for the dog. The bed was comfortable, a good TV with options and all very clean.

A few things needed repair or attention - the toilet seat, the rotary washing line, the shower screen. More shelves and hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful for towels and wash things.

We loved everything about it! Cosy feeling while being clean and well stocked with supplies. The welcome baskets for ourselves and the pooch were very well thought of and make it even more welcoming. Issue with the hot tub was sorted pretty much straight away and all maintenance staff were super friendly.

The only thing I’d say for an improvement would be a pouffe to put our feet up when relaxing but that’s so minor considering how amazing everything else is. A privacy screen for the hot tub could be handy due to being on the corner but most people walking by didn’t seem to be too nosy haha.

Large cottage, great garden for the dogs to run around in. Hot tub was great.

A bit or wear and tear on the patio door, lock etc doesn't always feel very secure.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely resort everything you need in one place. Staff were very helpful from start to finish. Even when things went wrong we were compensated very well. The apple inn is great for breakfast and evening meal. All staff wonderful.

Our cottage was beautiful, some areas could do with a little update like blinds and bedding but overall very good. Spa had swimming lessons on during our evening swim so could do with letting people know that before booking spa.
