About this apartment rental
This brand new spacious apartment has an outstanding location in the heart of Prague within walking distance from all major historic attractions. Located on a quiet street with a lovely view just few steps away from the Prague Old Town Square. The neighborhood is full of character, cafes, bars, restaurants, fashion shops, art galleries and the most impressive architecture. The apartment is one of the most luxurious you can find in Prague and will satisfy even the most demanding clients.

The apartment was just remodeled, using best quality materials and furnishing. The goal was maintain an Old Town spirit, which touch of modern design - the rooms with high ceilings are equipped with hardwood floors and original crystal chandeliers. This large 133 sqm residence consist of 2 bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms and 3rd toilet, the living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen with top appliances and the dining area. Each bedroom comes with their own separate full bathroom/toilet. The master suite has a large bath tub as well. Vere open and large living room with a large screen TV and of course high-speed wireless internet connection in the apartment. Iron, Ironing board Hair dryer, shower gel, towels and linen

This elegant and unique apartment has one of the best location in Prague, located in the very heart of Prague’s historical center. Thanks to the location you will not have worry about the transportation, as all the must-see places are a few steps away. Walk through the romantic streets of charming Old Town to reach the Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, Charles University, Rudolfinum concert hall, all within 5-10 minutes walk. Our street is also perfectly located with cafes, restaurants, bars and 2 min from the famous Parizska Street, fashion and luxury brands lovers enjoy most of the world's fashion shops (Luis Vuitton, Fendi, Prada, Hermès, Dior, Cartier). Although we are right in the heart of Prague, it is a quiet apartment! Conveniently there is a grocery shop on the corner of the next house. From this gorgeous Prague apartment you can walk to all the historical sights and cultural attractions.
Getting around
Public transport stations for the metro or the tram are also a 5 minute walk away so you can easily visit all the beautiful places in Prague!

WOW!!! Did we ever pick the right place for our five nights in Prague. I’m not sure where to begin. Eve arranged our pickup from the airport by a driver, David who took us and our bags into the apartment. We stepped through the doorway and were completely in awe. The pictures do not capture how incredibly beautiful this place is. David gave us the tour and an orientation to the neighborhood. The apartment is huge with two large bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a separate toilet in the hallway. It’s equipped with everything you need including a washer and dryer. Most important to me, even though it’s right on a busy square, it’s absolutely quiet inside. The windows are triple glazed with an outer window and a second insulated window on the inside. The location which I had some concern about when I booked couldn’t have been better. The immediate area has a market, fabulous restaurants and points of interest all within a block or two. Prague’s historic main square is just a five minute walk away as are many other sites. If you’re interested in shopping within a few minutes walk you can pick up something from Prada, Rolex, or Dior. If you haven’t already realized we absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for us. We were fortunate enough to have very mild weather and only one super hot day. The apartment stayed cool on that day even though there’s no AC. I can’t speak to what it’s like during the summer. I would suspect it’s fine.

Wonderful apt in fabulous location! Many great restaurants nearby and though close to public transportation, perfectly situated to walk to major city highlights. Host Eva arranged for our airport pickup and then helped avert disaster when we realized we had left passports behind after checking out by having someone meet us back there to let us back in. Thanks to her we made our flight! We felt the whole visit that people in Prague were extremely kind, but this was beyond! This was a perfect 2 bedroom with large living space and fun neighborhood views out windows.

Very spacious and nice property. Good location. Equipped for four people but a few extra plates and cups would have been useful. Very quiet so great to come back to after a full day of site seeing and Christmas markets.Great little mini market next door for all the essentials!

Wow, this was a very comfortable and luxurious flat with a great location. Eva and Rudi were fantastic hosts and worked hard to make sure everything was just right. Quiet, but very close to old town square. Easy walking most everywhere. Would stay here again.
