About this house rental
Las Palmitas is a small development of just 13 detached villas, well built and superbly positioned in the lower hillside surrounding the championship golf courses of La Manga Club, enjoying stunning views over the surrounding area as far as the waters of the Mar Menor, an inland sea water lagoon formed by 22 kilometres of land stretching out into the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is well equipped, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and with the use of 2 sofa beds, could sleep 8 people comfortably. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge and dining area with patio doors to both front and rear sun terraces. There is also a large roof terrace ideal for relaxing in the sun with privacy.
The 13 villas that make up the Las Palmitas community have exclusive access to one of the best pools on the club. The pool is heated from Easter till half term at the end of October excluding the months of July and August when a cooling dip is essential.
The pool is large enough to facilitate a proper swim for the more energetic guests along with plenty of shallow area and a special pool for infants.

Lovely spacious villa with beautiful terrace and views. Handy to have some basics left for us like salt, pepper, toilet roll! We just replaced what we finished. Very quiet location and pool area. Decent sized pool and always sun beds available. We played tennis and paddle. Walked to the beach which was a bit of a trek. Small shingle beach or take a narrow fairly steep path down to a sandy beach. Supermarket about 20 mins walk. Really needed a car but with 6 of us that was tricky.

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Pool is directly opposite the villa and you can see the pool from the balcony. Quiet street with friendly neighbours. Really appreciated Leo's recommendations for beach spots and restaurants. Everything went very smoothly. Thanks Leo for all your help.

Having previously stayed at Las Palmitas before covid hit, we were delighted to find Leo's property available during July 2023. The villa was perfect, clean, well equipped, a lovely cool escape from the Spanish heatwave. The views are spectacular. La Manga resort itself has everything you need but a short ride away are well stocked supermarkets and Sunday markets. There are plenty of sandy beaches to chose from. Cartagena is a beautiful city. Our family would love to return. I'd recommend this villa to anyone looking for a hassle free retreat. Thank you Leo!
