Location and pool
The safe for key wasn’t at property, the bathroom sink upstairs wouldn’t drain so the smell was really bad. I messaged the owner who suggested contacting the management company but we could get through to anyone.

The Villa was in a great location to the bars, restaurants, golf courses, Mar De Cristal beach. 35 mins from Murcia airport. The size of the villa, clean bed linen and towels, really not too much to fault!
The decor is a bit dated, the wardrobes a bit musty, the pool was closed for maintenance, none of this distracted from our stay, we would come back for sure.

Great location and lots of space.
We had a slight issue with a neighbour when the children wanted to play in the pool. They did not like the kids being in the pool in the afternoon.

Location was good.. lounge area was good. Pool was nice.
Very dated, dusty and dirty. Really old style curtains, tiles, bedding. Kitchen dated. Missing bulbs in many rooms, lamps not working. Such a shame, it really needed to be updated. Dirty old rusty BBQ on the terrace, no one would use it. No soap was provided to wash your hands when we arrived or when it was prepared. Just lacked any sort of home comforts or care.
