About this villa rental
Pleasantly furnished, well positioned 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with immediate parking adjacent to the front entrance.
A few steps lead to the front door which gives entry to a small vestibule and on to the accommodation which is arranged on 3 levels. The ground floor consists of lounge/dining and kitchen in an open plan arrangement. The lounge/dining area is well furnished giving a very relaxed feel and accesses a BBQ terrace with lovely views of the surrounding area. The kitchen is very well equipped for a self-catering break.
Accessed from the main floor, the upper level incorporates a larger than average master bedroom with a queen sized bed and en-suite shower room. There is also s cosy terrace area with stunning views.
The downstairs accommodation encompasses the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be arranged as a king sized bed) and an en-suite bathroom. In addition here, we have the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate shower room.
Los Molinos Community is a delightfully relaxing development set in glorious surrounds. The large, communal swimming pool provides a focal point and encompasses a restaurant/bar where you may enjoy a drink or meal at your leisure.

Nice accommodation - perfect for families. Close to pool and a short walk to restaurants/bars. When we arrived we found a lovely welcome pack which was really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a lovely stay at this Villa in La Manga - it was a great location for our family and we enjoyed access to the pool. We had some aircon issues but the management team were able to resolve these really quickly and were very responsive when we reached out. Great service!
