About this house rental
This villa is a superb example of a traditional style Spanish villa recently updated with modern kitchen and comfortable furniture.
This two bedroom El Rancho property accessed from a few steps from the adjacent parking area. The villa over looks one of the nine community swimming pools. There are two floors to the property with a roof terrace and two additional sun terraces. There is direct access to the pool from the downstairs patio doors. Stepping up from the entrance area the main floor consists of a spacious lounge/dining area which opens out to a BBQ terrace. There are stairs to access the rooftop solarium. There are stunning sea views from both terraces. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen including additional luxuries such as a Nespresso coffee machine. A double sofa bed in the lounge offers additional additional accommodation for two if required. Downstairs the accommodation comprises master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2nd twin bedroom, family shower room.
Air con and fans throughout the property. Air con can be used as heating in the winter months if required.
The property has full access to club TV with a number of UK television channels. There is reliable free fibre optic WiFi. Bluetooth speakers and Amazon fire stick are also provided. The property is ideal for a family holiday or for sporting enthusiasts wishing to take advantage of the many facilities that La Manga Club and the surrounding area has to offer.
El Rancho Community: The El Rancho Community comprises 150 properties of varying sizes and styles. There is no property more than a few steps away from one of the 9 community pools and El Rancho is only a few minutes walk from the nearest cafe/bar/restaurant area.
La Manga Club Resort: La Manga Club is, without question, one of the worlds leading Sport and Leisure Resorts. It is located within 1400 acres tucked into the Murcian hillside overlooking the clear waters of the Mar Menor. There are a variety of flights that can be taken from all major European airports to Murcia Corvera (25 minutes from the Resort) or Alicante (approx 1 hour away), To take full advantage of what the area has to offer we recommend car hire. Yes the host was welcoming and all the amenities were working. Some plates in the cupboard were dirty. The 40% golf discount that was advertised was no longer available (I was told about this before we travelled) but should not be included in the description. The instructions given for using keybox and key entry did not apply. I was told that a key would be dropped off on the following morning but this did not happen.

Had a wonderful time at this property. It had everything we needed plus more for a relaxing family break. Lovely touch with the baby equipment and toys. Air con was a definite plus. Plenty of space for everyone. Comfy beds. A very well equipped kitchen. Lots of notes and a folder to explain everything. The resort itself is beautiful. Enjoyed the pool that is just a few steps from the property and met some very friendly residents and people on their breaks whilst there. A small square is about a 7 minute walk that has plenty of places to eat and a few shops. Would recommend having your own car as the supermarket is about a 20 minute walk and the region is quite hilly. Thank you Alex, I hope to come back again soon!

El Rancho is definitely one of the best areas in the club to stay in, the location of the villa to the pool is perfect, the villa has everything you want for enjoyable holiday! Met up with some of the owners we met last year. Lovely people! A shame had to ask again for the second front door key and safe key! But Alex sorted it out promptly!

Property dated, needs smartening up and some minor repairs needed, especially the rope bannister down the stairs.
