About this house rental

We are renting our spacious, serene, 3 bedroom, 2 bath classic midcentury modern home. It is quiet and private, with large open concept living/dining/kitchen areas looking out onto private Japanese gardens and outdoor seating areas, all a short mile to the beach. Ideal for vacationers or those seeking a safe and idyllic place to work from home, with quick access to beaches and all that Southern California has to offer.

Utilities included.

As this is our primary residence we are looking for responsible guests. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we ask our guests be likewise respectful and quiet.
