Location--Just 5 miles from one of the best beaches in SoCal and situated between 4 recreation areas means you can walk or bike off your stress in a different direction daily. Huntington Beach Pier 4 miles, Bolsa Chica State Beach 4.5 miles, Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve Trail 2 miles and Huntington Beach Central Park 2 miles.
Ideal balance of tranquility and convenience. You’ll enjoy a peaceful stay without the hum of air traffic noise, yet close enough for a stress-free commute. John Wayne Airport (OC Airport) 17 miles, Long Beach Airport 15 miles and Los Angeles Airport (LAX) 33 miles.
Single family home- ranch style- polished concrete floors -located in the middle of the neighborhood away from busy streets- insurance and corporate relocation approved. This house has a light airy spacious feel. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and central heating. We do not have air conditioning. We do supply an extra fan and there is always a great breeze when the windows and sliding doors are open. There is a pool and outdoor entertaining area. Please note: this neighborhood has above-ground electricity. Power poles are in each yard and are visible as shown in our photos.

Kitchen – Fully stocked - Ensure your mornings start right by using our reverse osmosis water with the Cuisinart espresso machine, Keurig, Mr. Coffee or an electric hot water kettle with an assortment of teas. For cooking convenience Sur La Table air fryer, Instant Pot, rice cooker and a mixer. Full size oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Table and chairs for 6. Set of glass dishes for indoor dining and a set of plastic for poolside.
TV, sitting area and fireplace- 75 inch smart tv including Sling for live TV. Sitting area for 6 including lap blankets.
3 Bedrooms – Created for optimal rest -2 Cal King mattresses and 1 twin xl for a restful night. All mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic covers.
Flat and fluffy pillows on each bed tailored for back and side sleepers, extra quilts for your comfort or turn on the remote control ceiling fan for a light breeze. Nightstands on both sides of the bed support charging stations and bedside lights. Recessed lights are on a dimmer switch, 2-inch louvered blinds and blackout curtains provide privacy and ensure you can sleep in as long as you want.
One bathroom – soaking tub and separate shower. Thoughtful touches include hair dryer, flat iron, first aid kit, covid tests, sewing kit, bathroom scale, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and plenty of towels to help you feel right at home.
Office area – Stay productive with this L-shaped adjustable desk, printer, paper shredder, mailing envelopes, a few stamps, stapler, tape and pens. 1 GB of internet provided for speed, capacity and reliability .
Workout area – Keep up with your workout routine -stability ball, yoga mat, free weights, wrist and ankle weights, jump rope, stretching bands, roller and body back buddy.
Pool and outdoor space– weekly pool service is included. The pool is heated using solar panels on the roof, winter water temperature is 68. Children under the age of 14 should be under adult supervision. Sitting area for 6 and teak high-top table for 6 ensures everyone has a comfortable spot.
Washer and Dryer – full-sized and located in our attached two-car garage with plenty of storage.
Beach supplies included 4 beach chairs, 4 body boards, beach tote bag, 6 beach towels and 1 blanket.
