This beautiful well maintained Main Floor Beach Condo has Cherrywood Hardwood Floors throughout.
We purchased this Condo in 2010 and since then we have redone:
Main Bathroom & 2nd bathroom - 2013
Kitchen - 2014
Painted Entire Condo / Refurbished Fireplace - 2015
There is a large 46' TV in the Main Living room w/cable access. The other 2 bedrooms have TV's & DVD Players.
Literally steps to the Beach, 3 Blocks to Downtown and only a few hundred yards to the Famous Huntington Beach Pier, this Condo Unit has everything you could ever want. Located backing the Inner Garden and Pond (very quiet and relaxing),with a Fire Pit (propane powered) / Patio Set on the Deck, it is the ideal property for either a Romantic getaway or a Family Beach Vacation.
This property is gated and secure so you and your family can relax with piece of mind.
Location: This property is only 20 minutes from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm & Angel's Stadium, and only 60 minutes to Universal Studios, San Diego and a host of other major area attractions.

This is our 3rd June spent at this beautiful condo and once again, we were so happy that we booked it! Scott is wonderful to work with from check in to check out! The location can’t be beat! We walked to Main St most everyday for a meal, shopping, or an after dinner ice cream cone. The beach is soooo close that a quick visit to the ocean can be done a couple of times a day. We had our 2 1/2 year old niece visiting and we did the ocean in the morning, back to the condo for lunch and a nap, and then back to the beach in the afternoon.
Long story short…..the PERFECT location! Thank you Scott and Jodi for another wonderful stay and we are looking forward to staying again next summer.

Had a wonderful stay at this well equipped 2br/2Ba unit. Very quiet at back of complex. Beds comfortable which is important for side sleepers. Communications with host were excellent. The highest compliment is, "well be back"!!

We stayed at the location for about 5 weeks. Property location is great! Right across from the beach and a playground. Huntington Beach activities and Pier are in few minutes walk distance. Parking is very easy and secure. Building access is very secure. Neighbors are very friendly. Property had everything necessary for comfortable stay. Host Scott goes above and beyond for answering and helping with any questions. He made everything very easy as we traveled across the country and felt a bit out of place at first. He answered everything in a manner of minutes. We love the place and the town. It was a great California experience. Thank you for sharing your house with us. Highly recommend!
