This lovely 6 bedroom 5.5 bath second row home is located in South Litchfield. This home is conveniently across the street from the beach access and only a short walk to ocean front dining. This lovely home offers a large back yard with a deck, table and chairs and a gas grill (guests provide gas). Amenities include central H/VAC, large living area, den, 10' dining table, fully equipped kitchen, keurig and standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave, butlers kitchen with a beverage/wine fridge, 4 TV's, 2 DVD players, wifi, cable, and an outside shower.
Bedding accommodations are as follows-
Top Floor: 1 bedroom with a queen and a twin w/ a trundle; 1 bedroom with a queen and a twin; 1 bedroom with a king and a crib
Middle floor: King bedroom
Bottom floor: 1 bedroom with a queen and a twin; 1 bedroom with a queen and a twin.
This property has a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Overall the house was fine. The house is spacious and well furnished. The bedrooms were comfy and the kitchen was especially well furnished. The dual dishwashers were a lovely and useful amenity.There is a mold issue in the master bathroom that needs immediate attention. The wall and ceiling are black and the wall is soft. There may be a leak from above. As you know the weather was godawful thanks to tropical storm Debby. We did get to the beach finally on Friday and Saturday. The proximity to the beach is a big plus. Thank goodness for the Olympics on those rainy days!We had a positive experience and a nice stay. I think we will try to rebook this house if we can all agree on a date for next year.

This house fit the needs of our group extremely well. We loved having two separate living spaces, the extra kitchen and butler's kitchen, and ample bathrooms. The rooms were nice and cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and we didn't mind the walk across the street to the beach at all.We had some concerns over some maintenance issues. The chairs at the game table downstairs were in poor shape. Many of the arms were loose and coming off and had screws sticking out of them. The railing on the upstairs porch overlooking the pool was rickety and had several spots that were rotting. The plastic chairs on that porch were covered with mildew. We felt we could have been better informed about basic items that would or would not be available. This include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels and dish cloths, paper towels, trash bags, and basic kitchen staples like spices, cooking spray, etc. We didn't mind providing them but would have liked to know in advance so we could bring them instead of having to go buy everything.We would definitely stay here again!
