We were very disappointed in some areas.
The front porch was full of cob webs and live spiders with dead bugs, etc and we had to call and they sent a exterminator the day after when I called again. The 2 back porches needed to be cleaned also but not as bad. Furniture had to be wiped down.
One bed was not made downstairs.
The master bathroom on main floor had a glass tile trash can that was falling apart and we stepped on the glass particles after emptying it in the kitchen trash can. Thought we had in cleaned up in kitchen and bathroom but our 1.5 years old granddaughter had picked up a piece on the living room carpet!
The positive was that the house had a beautiful view and a boat slot and was large enough to accommodate the family.
I did a review stay with Taylor-Made days ago and have not heard one word from them!
