Linens, Bath & Beach Towels, Laundry detergent, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, hand soap, starter supply of toilet paper & paper towels ALL Included.
4 bedrooms with Combo of 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, & 2 Twin Size beds.
NO PETS ALLOWED including emotional support service animals. NO Smoking. Must be 35 or older to rent. We do not provide Bicycles. Rentals are available from Bike Shop located just across street from ferry walk. Owner is a local builder. His private office is located on the North side of the house. There is no shared space, no shared pathways or entrances, and no interior access to or from the main residence. Your privacy and comfort is our priority.

All around, this was a seamless transaction. The house is in a great location. It is a great home: big kitchen, spacious rooms, towels & linens included, which is a huge plus. Lots to do around town. We walked to Ocean Beach. Met the neighbors, who were lovely. I would definitely come back again to this exact home. Thank you!

My friends and I have stayed at multiple houses on Fire Island and this was the best house we've stayed in thus far. The house had a perfect, comfy feel that a group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed.
Looking forward to hopefully going back next year!
