About this house rental
This perfect beach cottage is just steps from the beach. Great place for families as well as groups to get away. Close to everything and recently completely remodeled, this home is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The home features three bedrooms plus sleeping loft, an additional 4th detached bedroom accessible from the private rear deck and 1 1/2 bathrooms. After a day at the beach rinse off in the private outdoor shower and enjoy a glass of wine on the rear deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary modern-day appliances: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, flatware, pots and pans, etc. All rooms are air conditioned and for your convenience, the house contains washer/dryer, BBQ w/Gas, TV/DVD with Internet Enabled TV Streaming options. Linens, bath towels, beach chairs and umbrella also provided.

My friends and I come to Fire Island every summer and decided to rent this cute home this year. The house is adorable and clean! They have beach chairs and umbrellas available. It was the perfect size to fit our group. Karyn was very kind and easy going, helped us out with early check in and late check out without a problem. Very quick responses. They recently renovated the love shack and sent us photos when asked. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect get away for my family (of 8). Conveniently located close to the beach, clean and fully stocked with many amenities to make it feel like "home away from home". Friendly owners and very accommodating. Will definitely return in the future.
