Wake up to beautiful sunrises and breathtaking ocean views from this Ocean front top floor (third) condominium! You arrive via elevator from your private parking below.
This is a great couples retreat or family vacation spot. A 20 foot covered balcony affords majestic views and soothes you with soft ocean breezes and the sound of rolling surf. This condo offers two bedrooms and one bath, with a large living, dining, and kitchen area—each with stunning beach views.
There is a king-size pillow top mattress in the master bedroom, a double bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. My condos are kept in tip-top shape! I take pride in my rentals and stay in them often to check on things and enjoy.
Hit the beach early in the morning to hunt for shark teeth and shells, or simply relax with a refreshing drink and watch the dolphins roll in the surf! Then, start your day with a fun-filled golf experience (golf packages are not included but are available for purchase on the island)!
Located just 30 minutes from Jacksonville, and three miles from the Ritz-Carlton, this condo is a ten-minute drive from the historic Victorian seaport village of Fernandina Beach, where cobblestone streets are lined with Victorian-style homes, fine dining, and quaint shops.
Enjoy unique shopping both downtown and at the Amelia Island Concourse. Just a few blocks away, you'll find the historic Fort Clinch State Park, where you can hike, bike, and fish from a 1/4-mile pier.

Fabulous quiet beach location. Fantastic balcony space with great space to sit, relax, have coffee or a meal.
As most say, if living room furnishings would be updated to something more comfortable and less worn out, I definately would be a repeat customer. Otherwise, kitchen was well equipped (bring your own spices other than salt and pepper), bathroom nice. Bunk bed in second bedroom best for children, but was okay. Master very nice. Pleased about how quiet the area was, with so much room on the beach. Good experience.

Living room furniture is worn out, way past it's life
Bathroom has a new vanity that is too big for the space, it's only a couple inches from the toilet, so you have to lean towards the bathtub to sit on the toilet.
Unit is clean, great location, great view, Poor furniture
