This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean right from your living room. Relax in comfort with a queen bed in the master suite, another queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a convenient full pull-out sofa in the living room for extra guests. Enjoy the serene ambiance, and direct access to the beach just steps away for a truly unforgettable getaway. Experience coastal living at its finest steps from your door.
Please Note: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Was perfect for our vacation. The view of the ocean was spectacular. I enjoyed sitting in front of the big window's watching the ocean. The condo is in a great location! Beach wasnt really crowded and very close to downtown. The pictures does make the condo look a little bigger then what it really is but it was perfect for just the 3 of us. The primary shower is small, a large man might be more comfortable using the other shower in the condo. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great location, not crowded beach, sharks teeth, great views and clean. Check in process was easy and accommodated early check in.

Rusted screen door hard to open. Rusted shelf in refrigerator.
Peeling ceiling paint. cramped bedroom. Good location and great ocean view.
