This third floor unit offers fantastic views and the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your getaway. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. A pull-out queen sofa sleeper ensures ample sleeping space for additional guests. Enjoy our pristine beaches and explore the wonderful restaurants and attractions the island has to offer. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Wanted an ocean front condo to celebrate sister’s 70th and 67th birthdays. It was perfect. Affordable Two bedrooms and Two bathrooms. We ate, shopped and sunbathed.❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Oceans of Amelia. The inside of the condo was nice and well kept. The outside could use a little TLC, but nothing major. We would definitely consider staying again.
The ocean is amazing in this spot. Lots of shells, fish, and dolphins! We saw a bunch of dolphins frolicking in the morning right from our balcony.
I do wish the check-out expectations were listed somewhere.

Overall everything was great. I did, however, feel like we had to outfit the condo a little more than usual -for instance there were two dishwasher pods for a four night stay. Batteries in the thermostat and remote controls -that sort of thing. still, no complaints.
