Located in the sought-after Dolphin Run at Tradewinds development, Coral Ridge House offers the perfect balance of peaceful waterfront living and convenient access to town. A short walk along a newly paved road brings you to Utila's restaurants, shops, and renowned dive centers.
Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the spacious main level features:
Two beautifully furnished bedrooms with comfortable king bed in primary and queen bed with Novaform mattress toppers
Two full bathrooms
An open-concept great room with soaring 20-foot Honduran wood vaulted ceilings
A fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and premium slate appliances
Air conditioning throughout, plus ceiling fans to enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes
Large windows fill the home with natural light while framing panoramic views of Roatán, Cayos Cochinos, mainland Honduras, the lagoon, and Utila. Expansive covered decks surround the home, providing the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening cocktails while taking in the spectacular scenery.
The private ground-floor studio apartment features its own secure entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, and comfortable accommodations, allowing guests to rent the main house, the studio, or both together for larger groups. Separate listings are available for each option.
Adventure begins right outside your door with exceptional shore diving and snorkeling directly from the property. After a day exploring the reef, rinse off at the convenient outdoor shower and dedicated gear wash station.

We spent an amazing month at this lovely home! The house was lovely and well appointed. The view was unbelievable! We spent many hours on the porch watching the water, swinging in the hammocks, and feeding the swampers. The house manager, Blanca, was incredibly helpful and ensured that all of our questions were answered. We would highly recommend staying here!

Our whole experience with renting the house and staying there was amazing. Blanca was waiting with a sign at the ferry when we got off. She had a driver take my husband and girlfriend to get a golf cart. The drive came back for me and our friend. We all went back to the house. All very easy and well organized. Blanca went over house rules asked if we had questions and said to call her for anything we needed. The house was amazing and we want to come back to this house again. Thank You Mark, Stephen and Blanca for an amazing experience your house was gorgeous!

This is an awesome house. Pleanty of room for 4 people. The view is perfect. The location is close enough to town to walk. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. We are andvanced snorkelers/free divers. I booked this place with the hopes of going out the back door. The week before, the forecast opened up to 3 days of low wind for our stay. We ended up drift diving to as far as Bando beach, then walking back. We did water caye, neptunes, and an around the island tour with Sunbliss. For all of our trips out, we all agree the diving was stunning and the best of the island out the back door. Spotted eagle rays, moray eel, the list goes on. We had kevlar soled booties from Mako that helped a lot to get into the water safely and quickly. This house and island has now ruined Roatan for us. Thanks! We will be back!
