About this cabin rental
The Cedar Cabin is nestled in the rolling hills of Jack Daniels' hometown of Lynchburg, TN. This cabin is hand crafted, including the furniture. For your comfort, there are two bedrooms with king size beds, flat screen TV's and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished and the living room has comfortable leather furniture for enjoying the views, reading a book, taking a nap or watching TV. The 'Lynchburg' game room has a poker table, darts, games, TV and a sitting area. The wraparound deck has a gas grill, outdoor table and an outside fireplace for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
The Jack Daniel Distillery is located three miles from the cabin in the quaint and historic town of Lynchburg. The more than 100 year old courthouse is the center of a busy little town filled with shops, antiques, country dining, store browsing and relaxation. If you are really hungry, Miss Mary Bobo's Boarding House Restaurant has two seatings most days (closed on Sunday), but reservations are required. It's a place for true southern hospitality and home cooking served family style.
Drive a few miles and you can be at the Tim's Ford State Park and Marina, Bear Trace (a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course), the Elk River for canoeing and trout fishing, the beautiful Tim's Ford Lake (Lost Creek boat ramp), George Dickel Distillery, Prichard's Distillery, Bell Buckle, TN and more.

Our stay was perfect! Very close to the jack daniel's distillery, very cozy and clean inside would definitely stay here again if i come back to the area!

The cabin was great! Quiet location, enjoyed the wrap around porch affording views of the woods. Such good craftsmanship in the detail and cedar woodwork throughout. Cozy and well appointed with quality kitchenware, bed linens and bath towels. Definitely will return to this jewel.

We wish the check in process would have been better. We had driven for several hours and was still thinking on eastern time but didn’t realize that we were 45 minutes early. When we pulled in we noticed a car in the driveway. I got out and knocked on the door and first was greeted by a man identifying himself as Holly's husband. Next a woman poked her head around the corner and let me know under no uncertain terms that check in wasn't until 4. There was no im sorry checkin time is a little later. Not very hospitable in my opinion. I was also concerned that an opened bag of marshmallows was there for smores as well as opened bottles of shampoo etc. Also a used kitchen sponge was in the sink. Maybe i am a little picky but i thought these things were odd.
Since cancelling was out of the question (per refund policy) we decided to make the best of it and did find the beds comfortable, the wifi worked well and the morning visit of the cows across the street were a treat.
