Hanalei Plantation Villa features an expansive, flowing floor plan in which the upper-level living spaces open to bring the outdoors in, emphasizing the breathtaking mountain and waterfall views. The home also includes an additional living space on the lower level, a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a steam room. Each of the three sumptuous bedrooms offers access to a lanai, enabling guests to enjoy cool trade winds as they blow through the villa. The bathrooms provide spa-like amenities such as soaking tubs, a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and an open-air shower. The fourth bedroom is an ideal room for yoga and meditation lovers, with ample natural light and ventilation. Includes a dedicated yoga space and note that there are no window coverings or air conditioning.

Resting on nearly an acre of lush green land, Hanalei Plantation Villa showcases sweeping views of the waterfall-drenched Hanalei Mountains, Hanalei Bay, and stunning Bali Hai sunsets. The tranquil, tropically-landscaped grounds include an infinity pool, hot tub, and full-sun lounge area. Covered lanais surrounding the home also contain additional lounge seating, sofas and chairs, a dining area, and a grill, sink, and refrigerator.

Just steps away from this luxurious, private Princeville villa, guests will find Pu'u Poa Beach at the St. Regis Princeville Resort, Hideaways Beach, the Queen's Bath tide pools, and the renowned Princeville Makai Golf Club. The home also offers convenient access to dining, shopping, and entertainment in Hanalei town, as well as opportunities for surfing, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, helicopter rides, zip-lining, and miniature golf. Air conditioning is only available in 3 of the bedrooms of Hanalei Plantation Villa. 4th bedroom, Living room, Dining room and other common areas do NOT have AC.

Windows and Sliding Glass Doors can also be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through. Occasionally trade winds may not blow for a few days. The months of June through September tend to have the warmest temperatures.

Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $450 plus tax applies to all stays of 10 days or longer.

This property has surveillance cameras pointing to the exterior of the home for security purposes.

Please be advised that the pool does NOT heat. There is no heating option for this pool. The garage is for owner's use only.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.
