The house was squeaky clean, well equipped and had a relaxed vibe. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. We used the beach equipment daily. Could not have asked for a better place.

It's more wonderful than the photos! There are 4 roomy bedrooms and one small one. he living spaces are roomy and perfectly furnished and laid out for a large group to have plenty of space and various spaces. Of course the best part is the covered patio and lovely warm pool--which is larger than shown in the photo. It's plenty big for adults to take a dip. The foliage around the yard has matured so it's very private. We never really needed to leave, and were always happy to return. It's easily walkable to both Queens Bath and Hideaways Beach. Thank you for sharing this lovely home!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. Everything was clean and organized. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided to us. Each room had its own temperature control so each bedroom could be set to its own comfort level. The kids loved the salt water pool and not having all the chemicals made it nice for extra long dips. The landscaping in the backyard as well as around the house was so beautiful. We will definitely be coming back to this property in the future.

We stayed here with a group of 8 and absolutely loved our accommodation! The house was so well equipped with everything we could think of - including beach gear, plenty of towels, and a great kitchen. The outdoor area was beautiful and relaxing and we were within walking distance of a gorgeous golf course and Hideaway beach. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed with 10 adults and one toddler and had plenty of room. The dining area is great for meals and games, the pool and spa are wonderful, the rooms spacious and the beds comfy. The home comes with everything you need for a trip to the north shore of Kauai...umbrellas, chairs, coolers, games, two washing machines and dryers, and plenty of beach towel. Jason was an incredible host. Responsive, even over the holidays. I can't say enough about our visit and experience. I highly recommend this property and company for a family get away to the Islands!

We had an amazing time at this property! The home was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. The location was perfect for our family vacation, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Tropical paradise! The house is big, fun, tropical, and the location wonderful. After March Queens Bath should be open again. Bummed we missed that since it is right down the street. House could not be better. Pool and landscaping are just perfect. Loved all the tropical plants. Fully stocked house so we did not need to buy the little things. Trip to Costco and Walmart in Lihue are a must! Woodland was craziness. Such an upscale resort like area. The walk down to Hideaway Beach is a must. Stairs are steep but soo worth it.

This is a great property and we would certainly stay again. We were a family of 9 with three generations and had plenty of room. The location is perfect for day trips to Hanalei or Kilauea and the lanai is expansive. We enjoyed all the extras - beach gear was super convenient to borrow and the washer/dryer setup was perfect. Jason was a great and responsive host. We named a little cardinal with a bum leg Koa, and hope others will find a seed or two to feed him (from your hand). He brought us a lot of joy in the backyard.

We brought our family to this magical place for our destination wedding and it was beyond perfect. This home offers everything you need. Everyone was so comfortable and we all had plenty space. The pool was a big hit. My 7 year old spent every day in the backyard. Thank you for making our stay perfect!! I will definitely come back !!!

This property is exactly as represented. It's in a great neighborhood, conveniently located close to the beaches, shopping and other amenities that you need while vacationing with your family. The property owner has everything ship-shape. Nothing is cobbled-together. The systems and equipment are all new and well maintained and work as they should, so there are no disappointments. The towels and bedding are great, as are the beds and furniture. Bathrooms are spotless, the kitchen is fully equipped, and even the garage is neat,clean and well organized. The backyard, pool and hot tub is nice enough that you could just spend the entire vacation there and never even have to leave to go o the beach... This owner knows how to run a vacation home business. It's not inexpensive, but you will certainly feel that you get what you paid for with no disappointments. We were very pleased.

Outstanding! Great communication, well -equipped top to bottom, and especially appreciated all the beach toys, chairs, and snorkeling gear! Wonderful pool area and great location to enjoy the North Shore and just a 5 minute walk to the Queen’s Bath. Great Hawaiian style and perfect floor plan for family enjoyment! Would definitely rebook this home again. Only disappointment was barking dog and loud “always on” TV from next door neighbors…but easy to overcome with backyard waterfall sound.

The house was absolutely beautiful! The rooms throughout the house were bright and all the finishes were very nice. The house comfortably fit 9 of us, with great spaces to hang out, swim, cook and eat. Love all the equipment (beach towels, snorkels, body and surf boards, chairs, coolers, life jackets) at the house, made beach adventures easy. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and made for the cherry on top! Also the property manager was easily accessible and very helpful with great recommendations and reviews. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, hope we get the chance!

It's perfect for a large group, the home is well stocked, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and hot tub, killer location. However, for $1,500/night I have high expectations. The kitchen could really use an appliance package upgrade with all three major appliances not working as well as they should (dishwasher rack won't roll, fridge not quite cold enough, stove top made a constant clicking sound). Also, the home is airconditioned, but ONLY in the bedrooms. The main living areas got pretty hot and made it difficult to spend time together as a family which was the whole point of the trip. Also, the hot tub was a main draw for me when booking this home and it doesn't have jets that blow air, so it's like sitting in a bath tub.

The house is beautiful, and has everything you could need in a home away from home. We did nothing but relax while we were there, the grill was a great bonus. All of the kids 9-16 found things to entertain them. It was everything we hoped for and more. We couldn't have been happier with our selection

We had a group of friends from college (a mix of couples, individuals, and a toddler). This house was perfect - there was adequate kitchen, dining, and indoor/outdoor living space that we could all hang out as a group. The rooms were great for a group our size, and the photos and description were accurate (although I think it was even bigger and nicer in person!). We had a small snafu with the air conditioning and the response time was incredibly quick and it resolved itself almost immediately. I would highly recommend this property! The town of Princeville is relatively sleepy, which is why the huge kitchen was integral, but I wouldn't recommend staying on this part of the island if you're looking for fancy dinners and nightlife each night - it was just perfect for daytime, outdoor activities!

Wow - what a beautiful home. Best place we have stayed. Thank you for welcoming us and allowing us to stay. Plenty of room for everyone to find their own space as well as enjoy one another's company. Amazing location - great vicinity to beaches, walking/running path, close to grocery store/shops. The house was fully stocked - great very large kitchen with everything you need. Two washer and dryers! All the pool/beach items you needed - coolers, floaties, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. I will share that the AC is only in the bedrooms (not in any common areas). All of us thoroughly enjoyed the swings on the front porch after a day at the beach or time in the amazing pool. Great for multiple families - Hope to return. Mahalo.

Spent a lot of time in the pool which was fantastic for kids. Walked easily to Queens Bath which was amazing but challenging for older guests that can’t hike. FoodMart made shopping incredibly easy. Beach at HanaLei was a favorite!!! Wish we had known to make shuttle reservations through GoHaena for a day at Tunnells. Impossible to park. Can’t wait to come back to Kauai. Such a special place.

The property management company were great to deal with, specifically Jason and Janine were very friendly and always willing to help.

This was a family trip that we planned months in advance and researched for the perfect place to spend much needed quality time. After looking at many properties, we decided on this place because of the room accommodations and most importantly the reviews of cleanliness. When we arrived, the cleaning service was still there and we had to wait 30-45 minutes, while we had Costco groceries in our cars. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and apologetic. They did the best they could with the seemingly short timeframe they had to clean. A short list of things that were below standard: - the propane tanks were both empty and we had to fill them up ourselves before we could bbq the first night. - the refrigerator seemed to be broken and wasn’t staying cold enough to keep the food fresh. - the pool was dirty and and the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. ( the property manager came the next day to clean it, just came through the back gate and walked right in, chatted on the phone while we waited for him to finish). - the washer and dryer were full of towels, etc. I found the bathroom rugs in the dryer so I put them out myself. - we found nicorette packages in different areas, probably left by the previous people. - the beds were super firm and uncomfortable (the least of our complains) - the property manager said he would credit us for at least the propane tanks that we filled, but never heard from him. More follow through from the property manager could have rectified this unfortunate experience.

The team really helped us plan out our entire trip by providing great referrals on the island for our activities, entertainment, and food options so it was even more than we had hoped for. This home was wonderful for large families, love the two washers and dryers. The kitchen is well stocked, and the whole house was stocked with all soaps/shampoos which was really nice. The ACs in the bedrooms made sleeping nice, although there is a musty smell that comes out of them. We only used them for sleeping, otherwise the windows were opening to catch the trade winds. The location was convenient to shopping in Princeville, and walking distance to Queens Bath which is a super fun rugged hike, the same for Hideaway Beach, which is perfect for snorkeling. Both are intense hiking to get to, but so worth it! Seriously the perfect Hawaii house, we would definitely stay again!!
