Fantastic location with amazing views. Comfortable and clean with well stocked kitchen and spacious rooms. Access to pool and short walk to beach or town. Prompt communication from host and check in a breeze.

Location & house was Fab. Its close proximity to the beach was ideal & a short 10 minute stroll to the Balcon. The bedrooms & bathroom were ideal for us as we were at times just us two & sometimes 2 guests stayed as well during our 4 weeks. Kitchen was small but, more than adequate for our needs. TV's up & down with a selection of UK channels was an added bonus, not that we watched much. The roof terrace was superb with stunning views. Access to the roof would be a little tricky for people with restricted mobility but, that didn't affect us at all. Would probably stay there again without hesitation.

The only slight drawback we encountered was a lack of sunbeds around the pool. When contacted, the owner told us that each house is only allowed 2 sunbeds by the pool & not to use others, as they are privately owned by each other house. This was fine for the times when we were there by ourselves but, not so good when we had guests. The owner did resolve this issue once during our stay, after I contacted them, by arranging for a loan from an adjacent unoccupied house for our son's weekend visit. However, when our other guests arrived, the issue arose again so, we went to the beach and paid for sunbed hire on some days. We thought the obvious solution to the issue would be to provide 2 fold up sunbeds for the roof terrace. This would facilitate up to the 4 guests (2 at the pool & 2 on the terrace) which the accommodation sleeps comfortably in its 2 bedrooms.
