About this villa rental
Villa Jazmines is a traditional style villa built on one level with a large private pool, lovely mature gardens and a private off-street parking space.
This delightful property has a prime spot in a central location of Nerja and within an 8-minute walk to Burriana Beach and 15-minutes from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops in the immediate vicinity. Villa Buganvilla is next door - and a communicating door can be opened for larger groups. All of our other Parador area properties are also very nearby.
The villa has a large kitchen and open plan living and dining area with double french windows out to the pool and garden area with covered section ideal for al fresco dining. There is a king-size double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, two further twin bedrooms and a shared family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking for one car. The good-sized terrace area includes a private pool (triangular shape 6.45m x 3.7m and depth 1.4m - 1.7m), garden furniture and six sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.

Villa Jasmine is a well placed, very clean single storey villa. The three bedrooms were of a good size, and bathrooms well appointed and well placed. Kitchen has all usual appliances and everything worked. We made a request for replacement light bulbs and extra towels and these were completed very quickly. The unheated swimming pool is quite large for this type of property and was usuable even in April due to the good weather. Great location only 10-12 minutes to centre of Nerja, through pleasant clean streets. Great holiday.
Although very clean thoughout, there were a collection old plastic hangers from previous users in all the wardrobes. For a villa of this standard, I would expect these to be removed and replaced with good quality hangers....but this a is a very small issue!
