The location close to the marina is excellent. We liked the security provided by the gated community. Kitchen was well appointed, lots of cutlery and dishes.
We had a few issues on our arrival. Two water leaks, one in the kitchen, one in the main bathroom. The internet was down for a week. Lighting was generally poor. The towels provided were poor quality, and the bed linens were far too small for the bed. Once Elizabete was made aware of the issues, she dealt with them promptly.

Comfy beds. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers
Communal.pool.is exceptionally clean, beautiful and quiet and never too busy.
A hire car is essential. We had one so not a problem.
