We absolutely loved Magnolia Place! Our group of 40 had plenty of room, and the dining room was large enough for everyone to meet together. The location is also perfect if you want to stay out of the traffic chaos of Pigeon Forge. We really can’t say enough good things about our stay - I would highly recommend this property to any group planning to visit the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area!

Overall it was pretty nice but there were a few things that could use some work on.handrails leading up the steps were very wobbly. There was a broken rocking chair on the porch. Smoke alarms need repair.old cigarette butts in the yard. None of this affected stay, we had a very enjoyable time!

This is a great cabin. Everything was great. The only issues we had were that the upstairs rooms were missing their curtains or shades for privacy, and the rooms were not laid out as described in the provided room information. It was nothing we couldn't change and adapt to on the fly.

Our extended family spent 3 nights here over Thanksgiving vacation. It was great in that there was a lot of room, 2 kitchens, game rooms, huge dining room. There were maintenance issues: the one hot tub wasn't working, some of the fireplaces wouldn't turn on. The kitchens are not very well stocked with linens. Appliances are pretty old. Someone did come and fix the hot tub, so we could use it for the last day we were there. Also, the lock code stopped working before our check out time, which was sort of unhandy. We made a lot of good memories.

House had plenty of space for our group of 24. So many beds we did not have to use. Was really nice each bedroom had its own bathroom-- no one waiting in line--LOL. Barely saw the teens and little ones as they were in the large game room whenever we were at the house. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg minutes away. Two kitchens and two living rooms was so much room. Would recommend this house to anyone

If you are just looking for a huge house with 9 bedrooms and 12 sets of bunk beds and don't care if there are many maintenance issues, this is the house for you! However, if toilets running all night, faucets and showers constantly dripping, oven not working, torn linoleum, old appliances, shower curtain and towel holders falling down, etc., then I would think twice about renting this house. The management company did notify the maintenance technician who came in a reasonable amount of time, but he was unable to repair most of the issues. The house is old and has not been maintained properly, but it is spacious for a large number of people and fun for kids.

A conveniently located property for our family, we had plenty of bathrooms, lots of dining space, well equipped kitchens, front porch could use a few more rockers. We used the nice ball field but the pool was out of order the entire week. A few of the games did not work but our maintainence guy did what he could for the air hockey game. He responded quickly to smaller issues. Water pressure upstairs was very low but there was plenty of hot water. Location was just minutes away from our activities . Our group of 35 had a great time.

We had 8 families with kids ranging from 16-1. There were plenty of beds for everyone but they are awful mattresses and extremely noisy. The water pressure was also terrible. Many of the drains did not drain and showers were a trickle. Many of the games in the gam room had broken pieces, and some of the fans had blades missing. For the price though it was fine and met our families needs. The hot tubs were a bonus as they were not listed in the the description of the rental. The community pool was also really nice and had towels there to use which is always a bonus.

We use this property for a family reunion.. the house had plenty of space for our 40 plus guests... the game rooms kept the kids busy and the 2 how tubs kept the adults happy.. cooking was no problem for our large group with the 2 kitchens being back to back this home has everything you need and could want... gameroom 2 kitchens 2 hot tubs plenty of beds and baths.. we needed an extra grill called eden crest and it was there in 15 min couldn't be happier with our stay will definitely be back to the same or one of there other beautiful locations

Our family meets every year for a Christmas Dinner celebration. There are 19 of us. Magnolia Place #5 was the perfect place! Lots of room for everyone, games for the kids, 2 hot tubs! Our cabin was one of the cleanest we have ever had! The swing out back was perfect to sit out and relax. Large front porch for morning coffee with the girls. We had 5 vehicles and parking was snug for such a big place but it worked! We will definitely rent this one again!!

We enjoyed our stay and would do it again. There was plenty of space and more than enough beds as we had some family members coming and going at various times during our weekend reunion. Very adequately stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs as well as plenty of towels and wash clothes. Truly enjoyed the unit. Thanknyou Eden Crest!

Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Very spacious for our group and lots of bedrooms and baths. The only complaint is our checkin time was a certain time and they couldn’t get us in on time because the cleaners said it was ready. They then didn’t want to accommodate for loss time. If I’m paying I expect to be accommodated for loss time that I’m paying for. You also have to go through, not the owner, but Eden Crest. They may or may not take your calls. They may or may not take your emails. I emailed them numerous times or should I say inboxed them from the app and nothing. It was very aggravating to say the least. I finally just stopped. The place could stand to be updated. Some of the shower handles was so old they either didn’t work or fell off when you touched them. Glad there was other bathroom to accommodate. I would say to the owner, Get someone else to do your booking instead of Eden Crest if you can’t take care of your own property.

It was our family reunion , so 28 elders in 40’s and rest in 20’s cousins joined to spend about day weekend together. The place was amazing and everyone had enough place to sleep and so each and everyone enjoyed to the fullest. The 2 kitchens were great as my cousins wanted to cook and bbq and they loved it. The hot tub after a long hike was relaxing. All in all everyone in 40 persons group gave it excellent rating. We all loved it and since we like to go different places I hope in our next reunion we can find something similar to this house. Love everything about this place.

Came down for the GSM Jeep Invasion with a group of 9 Jeepers from Kentucky. Had a good time at this cabin. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Only two minor issues, none of the ceiling fans were quiet. If the fans were on you could hear it like bearings going out and carpet needs to be deep cleaned or update. Overall still a great cabin and will come back next year, if possible.

Location was beautiful. Check in was not on time. I was offered extra passes and 1 hr extra for Check out due to this. I didn't get the passes and when I called I was told they'd call back. No one called. Take plenty of trash bags. Only 4 trash bags provided per stay. Only 1 washer worked so that was a challenge with 24 guests. Pool sticks have no tips. Fans are a bit squeaky in the bedrooms. There's a view of the fireworks display from Dollywood in the evenings. Location was centralized. Even with the little issues on the house it was a great stay.

We had a group of 15 adults and 3 kids (10, 4, and 1) and the house worked out great for us. The location to Pigeon Forge was perfect for people to pop into town very easily whenever they wanted. It is literally a 3 minute drive to Dollywood. Having enough bedrooms for everyone to have privacy was why we booked this property, and I am glad we did. The 2 kitchens, hot tubs and game room were all great. We had thought there was a view out back - there is a swing and hammock - but it was all basically trees and it was pretty overgrown, so a great view that we are used to on our trips was really the only thing that was missing - but considering this was a family trip, the location to town and number of bedrooms were our top priorities. The property manager was great and communication was top notch. We would not hesitate to rent this property again, and probably will.

Rental was nice and very centrally located to Dollywood, Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. We fed 26 people for Thanksgiving and everyone was able to sit at the table! Parking was not an issue and we had plenty of room for 7 large vehicles. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! We were very impressed by the size of the home and the cleanliness. Acesss to the home was easy and convenient and left no room for you to be locked out, simply type in your access code and the door opens. This house has everything you need from: linen, irons, cookware, plates, cups, and etc. It easily housed our family of 27 including children from 8mo -14years of age. We enjoyed the amenities available to us such as game room with pool table and movie theater, kids game room, grill( in the back yard), two jacuzzis, basketball court, and pool located down the road. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We were amazed by the how large & comfortable the cabin was. The kitchens were surprisingly well stocked with all the things needed for cooking. The bedrooms were very comfortable and plentiful. We had several occasions to notify the staff of problems and they were always prompt and gracious in fixing the situation. We highly recommend it to anyone and hope to stay there again!!

We had good time except for the bug bites. Multiple people and children got bites. Some of the bites looked like bed bugs. Other bites might have been spider bites but they were painful and are still not totally healed 2 to 3 weeks later. We tried calling to tell management but no one answered or returned our call.

This is really a great cabin! Took a group of 38 and had plenty of room. 2 full kitchens, huge dining room with a table for 25. No issues, easy check in, definitely a good price for what you get. Only 2 minor negatives. Shower pressure is a little weak. Especially for long haired females washing their hair. Also, there are beds for 34. Yes there are 8 couches and yes some of those are sleeper sofas. So yes it will sleep 46. But the bed breakdown is as follows: 6 king beds, 1 queen bed, & 10 bunk beds. The layout pic listed is not fully accurate either. Still if you have a group of around 40, it’s perfect!

It is not very many times that when our whole family gets together we can sit down and eat together, watch TV together or move around without bumping into each other. With our family of 22 that were with us we were able to do all that during our stay. The cabin was not fancy, but comfortable and homey. The staff and cleaning crew were so gracious. We will be back.
