Rooms were nice. Staff were lovely and the restaurant was good.

The walls are really thin. There’s a temple opposite which was making a lot of noise at all hours of the day.

It’s a really good and friendly environment did a good job I could see there was effort put in definitely a great stay would 100% recommend

Peppiges Stadthotel mit einladend dekorierten und praktisch möblierten Zimmern in guter und ausreichender Grösse. Die Betten sind komfortabel. A/C und Warmwasser funktionieren einwandfrei. Im integrierten Restaurant isst man sehr gut einheimisch zu günstigen Preisen. Dass es gut ist, merkt man am Zulauf von Gästen von ausserhalb und am laufenden Take Away. Zum Strand am Meer sind es 10-15 Minuten. Zum Sundowner an der Lagune sind es 3 Minuten. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es in kurzer Distanz.

Internet ist vorhanden. Im Restaurant läuft es top, im Zimmer ist es nicht sehr stark.

The front office chat (most likely the owner) grumpy face, no smiles, decided to charge us Rs 5500 for a room charge that appeared on booking.com booking as Rs 4500 without explanation and thought he got away with it. Until I realised my charges, when confronted he was quick to open the cash drawer and return Rs 1000 back. Also, blamed booking.com for offering a discount. Tea was presented in dirty cups and didn’t much appreciate the feedback. Garbage (smelly) hauled out through dining area right next to our break table. Handling the finger food from previous night and rearranged to new dishes using bear hands. Lack of sanitisation. From entrance large drain gully smells. Bedroom mirror shelf all badly rusted Bidde tap broken and leaking
