Really nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast and great location

Please change chairs on the balcony of the breakfast room as they are falling apart :D

Good location next to a popular shopping location. Plenty of Restaurants and reasonable walking distance to most places in the city. All sorts of shops bakery’s and supermarkets. Breakfast was continental. Room good size shower etc very good. The driver was great - Miguel. Life saver as we arrived late at night. Fridge useful. We were in the top so not suitable for people who struggle with stairs.

Prefer a kettle to coffee maker. Could do with safe facility if not in room perhaps reception area for passports and cash. Bed very hard could do with memory foam.

It's a really good location, the metro station is very close and there are a few cafes and restaurants nearby.

We stayed for 4 nights, but the hotel refused to change our towels, saying it’s only done for longer stays, which doesn’t make sense. In summer, it’s natural to shower more often, and fresh towels are a basic expectation. On top of that, the towels we received smelled awful, as if they hadn’t been properly washed or were washed at too low a temperature. This was truly unpleasant and, more importantly, unhygienic and potentially unsafe. Other issues, such as noise from upstairs and breakfast not being ready at the agreed time (despite being paid for), were frustrating but nowhere near as frustrating as the situation with towels.
