Die Lage im kleinen Ort Tanne hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in leichter Hanglage und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Schwimmbad und Sauna des "Tannenhof" können mitbenutzt werden, allerdings muss man dorthin ca. 10 min laufen. Das Grundstück ist recht groß, ebenso die Terrasse. Das Haus ist recht urig und hat einen Kamin. Man wird nicht gestört und stört selber auch niemanden.

Das Haus ist doch schon in die Jahre gekommen und scheint nicht regelmäßig gepflegt zu werden (neuer Anstrich, modernere Gestaltung). Im Couchbereich gab es keinen Beistelltisch und insgesamt war die Ausstattung eher einfach und veraltet. Die beiden oberen Schlafzimmer haben starke Dachschrägen, was ziemlich viel Platz nimmt.
