This property is perfectly situated for skiing enthusiasts, Just a short walk to the ski lift, it made our mornings so much easier, The views from the garden were beautiful, and it was nice to unwind there after hitting the slopes,

Vrij basic, steile trap naar appartement en nauwelijks te parkeren. Eigenaar verblijft in begane grond appartement en heeft eigen auto wel op de oprit geparkeerd. Niet alle bedden zijn comfortabel. Keuken niet volledig uitgerust met keukengerei.

Aankomst was zeer vriendelijk. Accommodatie was netjes - ruim - en compleet. Sanitair was compleet - wel gedateerd en voor lange mensen wat lastig douchen. WiFi zou ook praktisch zijn!

Huis is lekker ruim en schoon. De bovenste verdieping (alleen per trap bereikbaar) is ingericht als vakantiewoning. Beneden woont een oudere dame, die ons hartelijk ontving en graag informeert over de omgeving en voorzieningen. Achter het huis een grote tuin met schommel en gazon. Hier kin je ook bbq’en. Keuken kon handiger ingedeeld maar voldoet. Badkamer ligbad met douche onder schuin dak. Mensen > 1,75 kunnen niet rechtop douchen. Maar verder dik in orde. Huisje staat in Hohegeiss, klein knus dorpje. Bakker en winkeltje waar je ‘s ochtends verse broodjes kunt halen. Verder lekker rustig, prachtige omgeving. De Harz is een prachtig gebied, veel natuur maar ook leuke stadjes en volop attracties / activiteiten mogelijk. Bij het plaatselijke informatiepunt zijn folders etc. te krijgen. En (wandel)kaarten van de omgeving. Top vakantie gehad, wij komen nog eens terug!
