Das Gebäude sieht von außen etwas runtergekommen aus. Von der Wohnung war ich daher sehr positiv überrascht. Ein sehr großzügiges Apartment. Hunde sind willkommen. Ein phantastischer Ausblick auf den Brocken. Auch die Angebote im Haus selber machen den Aufenthalt sehr lohnenswert.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und an machen Stellen unangenehm anzusehen.

Gute Lage. Das Schwimmbad
Leider haben wir trotz mehreren Nachrichten an den Besitzer und Bezahlung der Kurtaxe die Gästekarte nicht erhalten, dadurch konnten wir einige Vorteile nicht nutzen. Die Nachricht wurde schlichtweg ignoriert!
