Location good, property it’s tired need living room furniture upgrade, bathrooms and shower needs a deep clean and some upgrades, the best experience was the host ( Jeff) he did all he could to make us happy ( with what he had), would like to se some improvements for us to come back.

The walk across the street to the beach was short. The people were nice. There is an ice cream shop next door. Balconies all face the pool.
