Fully equipped, includes all bedding, towels, umbrellas, chairs, kayak, , newer home, sleeps 8, two master bedroom suites, one queen, one king. twin beds (2), another queen. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, drawer microwave, gas countertop stove. Just walk onto beach. Has elevator. Starter food included, oils, flour, salt, pepper, vinegar, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, sugar.

House is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach even for our toddler grandson. Virginia was very accommodating.

Other than the weather everything was perfect. The property is super well-equipped. Everything functioned as it was supposed to especially the elevator which was used by 2 members of our party. We plan on staying there again. The setting is peaceful and very relaxing.
