This flowing floor-plan offers extra gulf-front windows compared to other one bedroom condos in the area. These windows give it a great, wide open feel. The main living area is furnished comfortably and offers a sleeper sofa for an extra sleep space. Relax with a large flat screen tv to stream your favorite shows and play your games after a great day at the beach. Walk out to the private Gulf-front balcony from the living area, perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of a beach paradise.

Nicely decorated, great view. We have been coming to the Perdido Sun since 19 92, and it is remarkable how it is modern and up-to-date. Really reflects pride of ownership and an effective condominium association. Recommended to anybody.

We enjoyed our stay. Great accommodations, very clean and well decorated. The beach view was great!

The condo itself was great. I was really disappointed in the lack of communication in letting us know there was construction happening. Noise began before 8am every morning. Also, there was a grease leak on a door push bar that I unknowingly used my back to open and ruined a shirt. The leak was reported to the front desk, but the next day the grease was still there. :/
