Tastefully decorated and comfortable, this condo is about getting away from the hustle and bustle to spend time with family, friends and nature. Spend your mornings sitting on the balcony sipping a cup of coffee and watching dolphins swim off shore. Use our guest beach chairs and beach umbrella provided free or you can rent from the vender on the beach during summer season to enjoy a day in the sand.
This condo sleeps 6 with a King bed in the master suite, bunk beds in the living room area and also a queen sofa bed. It features a cozy great room with a seating and dining area, a comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, cable and Wifi. There is a half bath off the living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and a spacious spa like remodeled bathroom with a walk in tub and shower combo. There are linens, books, games, movies and beach chairs and umbrella provided for your convenience. In the evenings, grill fresh seafood poolside or watch the sunset from the balcony.
You will also have access to all of the Perdido Sun building amenities: 300 feet of beach with beach service for purchase during summertime, a large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and showers, laundry facility, conference room with kitchen, 24 hour security cameras in the main resort area, three (3) elevators, and an inviting lobby. We also have a special outdoor guest closet that is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, beach and pool toys for you to use during your stay. In addition, we also provide beach towels for your stay.

The condo was perfect. The hosts have put their heart and soul into this place. The bigger comforts (top line bedding and linens) to small personal touches (a small pie for my husband's bday in the fridge upon arrival). The location is nestled in the middle of AL and FL allowing to explore various beaches. The sunrise and sunset are indescribable and breathtaking. We will definitely come back. Oh, anything you could need on the beach in the storage closet was a bonus!

We had a wonderful time. Gina and Robert were such gracious hosts. The condo was so clean and well stocked-we had everything we needed. Since we flew into Gulf Shores…..there were certain things we could not bring and everything we needed was available in the condo. Thank you Gina and Robert

I can’t even express how wonderful our experience was!! Robert and Gina made things so easy with a personalized touch on everything! The beach views were extraordinary and they literally had everything you could possibly ever need in their unit!! Beach was not very crowded. It was a little piece of heaven!! We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely come to this place again!!
