This beautiful condo is located on the 6th floor directly on the beach... Located in Perdido Key Beach in Pensacola Florida..

You have this entire retreat to yourself! Enjoy dining inside or on your personal balcony overlooking the waves crashing into the sugar white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico in Perdido Key (Pensacola) Florida.
Enjoy our indoor heated or outdoor swimming pools and hot tub … all beachside!
Nearby incredible restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Dolphin cruises, golfing, nature preserves, deep sea fishing, parasailing and more are also some fun options to consider. Enjoy watching the Blue Angels practicing (check their practice schedule), head over to the Naval Aviation museum or the Light house on base.
The perfect place to relax and be refreshed at what is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!
This is a more laid back area for people who desire a place to retreat and relax. If you like to party, we suggest another area would be best for you like Gulf Shores.
This is a beautiful condo with your own private balcony. You are given a private access code to enter your vacation retreat. You are also given a personal code just for you to access the common areas to enjoy at the resort (lobby, indoor/outdoor pools, gym, Seaside Charcoal grills).

The Neighborhood:
This is a laid back area in Perdido Key. Restaurants, state parks, dolphin cruises, deep sea fishing excursions, and grocery shopping are nearby. Walmart is a 15 minute drive. Outlet shopping is also available about 45 minutes away.
Getting Around:
We are 39 minutes from Pensacola Regional Airport. Rental cars are available at the airport. If traveling by car, we will send you specific directions depending upon the direction you are traveling from. It is recommended that you have a car. You will want to explore this beautiful area.
We have ample parking at the condo. However, on the rare times when the parking lot is full, you have the option to park in the lot across the street at Villagio.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum age requirement for booking is 25 years old and the person booking must also be occupying the retreat. No smoking or vaping inside the retreat and pretty please… no carts inside.
There is a welcome book inside your retreat that lists our favorite restaurants and activities you may enjoy along with your wifi info. It also has the resort rules and guidelines for departure.

The condo was perfect. The hosts have put their heart and soul into this place. The bigger comforts (top line bedding and linens) to small personal touches (a small pie for my husband's bday in the fridge upon arrival). The location is nestled in the middle of AL and FL allowing to explore various beaches. The sunrise and sunset are indescribable and breathtaking. We will definitely come back. Oh, anything you could need on the beach in the storage closet was a bonus!

We had a wonderful time. Gina and Robert were such gracious hosts. The condo was so clean and well stocked-we had everything we needed. Since we flew into Gulf Shores…..there were certain things we could not bring and everything we needed was available in the condo. Thank you Gina and Robert

I can’t even express how wonderful our experience was!! Robert and Gina made things so easy with a personalized touch on everything! The beach views were extraordinary and they literally had everything you could possibly ever need in their unit!! Beach was not very crowded. It was a little piece of heaven!! We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely come to this place again!!
