First night had to wait for ac man to check system. Second day our lock would not lock had to wait again. Then had to pay 20.00 for chairs and umbrellas for two hours bc it was so late getting to beach. Only had one dish towel for the week. And could not find pot holders.

Property was perfect! Only issue we had was check out was 9 am which is a little early for my preference!

Condo is very clean but it’s dated. It could definitely use some updating. It could be that we booked it late but it was pricey when compared to nicer more updated rentals. It’s away from the action so if you’re looking for quite the his fits. Easy check in check out process and owners provided numbers to to reach them if needed.

Started our vacation stuck at the door of unit because the door code did not work. I called Southerns office, she asked me if I was at the right location. Come on, really. Then she said "I don't know where they got that code". Took about 15 minutes. Unit was as described except it's not full on facing the beach. Balcony faces West for great sunset views. Only one elevator working. Coffee and filter left in maker from previous renters. Someone needs to monitor the walkways and showers to beach, mats at shower always packed with sand.
