About this house rental
Located on the Norris Lake shoreline of prestigious Lakeside Estates, this luxury cabin has 4 decks overlooking your private dock. The dock has a large swim platform w/ ladder. Bring your boats and park in the two covered slips measure 10’ x 22’ and room for 2 more boats on the outside. This dock does not provide electricity. No boat? No worries! Simply call NorrisLakeWaterSports (ask for ‘10% Norris Lake Villas discount’) or OasisNorrisLake. Both deliver right to your dock. Nearby Sugar Hollow marina, Shanghai Resort, and Springs Dock offer daily/weekly boat rentals. Due to liability reasons, we cannot provide flotation devices.
Enter the cabin main level to see oak floors, knotty pine walls & ceiling. The great room provides plenty of space to gather with friends and family. The equipped deck has a propane grill overlooking the lake (free propane).
The fully equipped luxury kitchen is open to the large dining room with table. The loaded kitchen features granite, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, serving trays, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery service for 20 people.
*The main level also has a master suite with private bathroom.
Lower Level has a recreation room providing pool table, huge TV, spare refrigerator, and extra games. The utility room contains a convenient washer & dryer. The lower level deck with bistro table and lounge chairs, makes a fantastic reading room. The hot tub deck is ideal to end the long days. NOTE: the water is changed prior to your arrival. The Sun Deck is built right on the shoreline providing an ideal location to watch over the swimmers.
This cabin is located right around the corner from the famous "Jumping Bridge" where all the boaters love to simply hang out, swim in the clean water, and get the nerve to take a plunge off the bridge.

This neighborhood has a small, free, community pool with kiddie pool 1/3 mile from the cabin up a very steep street. It is clean but nothing fancy. There are no lifeguards or concessions. You don't need a pass. Free parking is available.
Our convenient boat ramp is located inside our neighborhood 1/3 mile from the home. There is parking for approximately 5 vehicles directly in front of the home. Trailers and extra vehicles are parked in the designated trailer parking area inside our neighborhood.

Outside lights didn’t work and some of the tv’s when we arrived. We reported it immediately and was fixed the next day with new outside lights and three new tv’s the location was perfect had a really great week highly recommend

Overall everything about the property was great. If you bring a boat the trailer parking/launch is a bit cumbersome, study the aerial views but keep in mind you’re on a mountain! Can’t wait to get back!
