The second floor features a family room with large screen TV and couches. One bedroom has a queen, Two bedrooms on this level have queen beds and twin bunks as well. The fourth bedroom has 2 full/full bunk beds. Walk out to the large covered full deck with access to the hot tub and firepit. A laundry facility is also on this level.

We had an incredible family vacation here with a group of 19. The house is beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, and well organized. Having a private full bathroom in every bedroom was a huge benefit, and the kitchen, with double refrigerators and double ovens, is ideal for large groups planning to cook.The spacious deck offers a truly priceless view, parking is plentiful, and the private dock was a favorite. Our kids loved swimming from it. The cove can be fairly busy, but boaters were respectful and we never had an issue.A few practical notes for future guests: because the home is on a well, water pressure can drop when several people are using water at once. Also, the provided golf cart seats about four people including the driver, and there is only one. The walk to the dock is challenging due to steep hills and uneven terrain, so we shuttled groups back and forth and simply planned extra time. A few pillows were stained and could have been replaced.Michael was immediately responsive and quickly addressed every concern we raised, all of which were minor. Overall, this was a beautiful home and a fantastic vacation. We would absolutely recommend booking it if it is available.

Getting to and from dock was a bit cumbersome with 10 people. The views from house are incredible. We had plenty of room for the family. Also appreciated the double dishwashers as we cooked breakfast and dinner. The dock was great fun for the kids. We did not use the hot tub but it was ready to go.

July 9 through 16th 2025. 12 adults and 1 child. I read all the reviews and looked through the images before booking. We were excited for our stay at Sky Fall. However, the reality is the house itself could use a little work for the price point. First up, water pressure. There is no way for more than one person at a time to take a shower. Zero water upstairs if anyone turns on a faucet downstairs or in any other room for that matter. For a house with 6 bathrooms this seems to be an issue that should be resolved or at the very least disclosed. Next on the list is parking. Be aware that this house has a steep, loose gravel road in front and parking with anything less than a 4wd vehicle can be challenging. We parked cars at the top of the hill and shuttled back and forth using the side by side provided. The side by side is also on the list. When we arrived it was nearly out of fuel (I filled it up) and be warned the parking brake does not work. We had to park it up against a hill to keep it from rolling off when not in use. Other improvements should include: Repair Hot tub cover, replace moldy deck chair cushions & power wash the decks & siding. The inside of the house was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. The house offers a lot of room for a big family to spread out. It’s a great view! …just not quite the image portrayed In the listing. Also, our one child was very disappointed that pool was closed and drained.
